If you are not able to resolve any problems you are having with your ALLNET product, follow the RMA procedures below.

1. Review AllNet - USA's RMA policy
2. Complete and submit the online RMA request form

3. Upon receipt of your RMA request, ALLNET - USA will issue you a RMA number
4. Include this RMA number with your product when shipping
5.Email a copy of your shipment's tracking number
