If you are not able to resolve any problems you are having with your ALLNET product, follow the RMA procedures below.

1. Review AllNet - USA's RMA policy
2. Submit the RMA request form. This can be done two different ways
   - Fill out and submit the online RMA request form
   - Print a copy of the AllNet - USA RMA request form (.pdf, 80 kb, free .pdf-reader) and      fax to us (fax- 863.815.8267).

3. Upon receipt of your RMA request, ALLNET - USA will issue you a RMA number
4. Include this RMA number with your product when shipping
5. Either Fax or Email a copy of your shipment's tracking number
