- USA provides a 1 year return for non working and
defective product.
- Replacement product will be shipped to customer. No cash refunds.
- AllNet
- USA may charge a 25% restocking fee for items returned
after 30 days of product receipt or non-defective products within this
1 year period.
- Before shipping any return product to AllNet
- USA an RMA number must be obtained from AllNet
- USA.
- The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. Product without
RMA numbers will be refused.
- Product being returned must be in original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for freight on the return of all product
back to AllNet
- USA.
- AllNet
- USA will not accept any COD's on RMA product.
- AllNet
- USA will provide freight on the replacement product
of the customer.
- Return all product with an RMA number to the AllNet
- USA address.
Submit an RMA request form to receive your RMA number.
The following is required on all RMA's. Please use our RMA form.
A) Invoice/Order number
B) Product description/serial number
C) Problem description.
- RMA numbers are good for 10 days. RMA's received after this time will
be refused.
- Please note that all prices are FOB Lakeland Florida - Shippingcharges
will be added to your order
- Ordered items remain the property of AllNet
- USA until paid in full.
- AllNet
- USA offers a 30-day warranty on all pre-owned products,
unless otherwise specified. Warranty is from the date of the original
purchase.
