AllNet - USA - RMA Policy

  1. AllNet - USA provides a 1 year return for non working and defective product.
  2. Replacement product will be shipped to customer. No cash refunds.
  3. AllNet - USA may charge a 25% restocking fee for items returned after 30 days of product receipt or non-defective products within this 1 year period.
  4. Before shipping any return product to AllNet - USA an RMA number must be obtained from AllNet - USA.
  5. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. Product without RMA numbers will be refused.
  6. Product being returned must be in original packaging.
  7. The customer is responsible for freight on the return of all product back to AllNet - USA.
  8. AllNet - USA will not accept any COD's on RMA product.
  9. AllNet - USA will provide freight on the replacement product of the customer.
  10. Return all product with an RMA number to the AllNet - USA address.
    Submit an RMA request form to receive your RMA number.
    The following is required on all RMA's. Please use our RMA form.

    A) Invoice/Order number
    B) Product description/serial number
    C) Problem description.

  11. RMA numbers are good for 10 days. RMA's received after this time will be refused.
  12. Please note that all prices are FOB Lakeland Florida - Shippingcharges will be added to your order
  13. Ordered items remain the property of AllNet - USA until paid in full.
  14. AllNet - USA offers a 30-day warranty on all pre-owned products, unless otherwise specified. Warranty is from the date of the original purchase.
