AllNet - USA - Terms of trade

  1. AllNet - USA provides a 1 year product exchange warranty for non working and defective product on all NEW ALLNET Products. AllNet - USA may charge a 25% restocking fee for items returned non-defective within this 1 year period.
  2. AllNet - USA provides a 30 day product exchange warranty for new, refurbished and used products from other manufacturers then ALLNET. AllNet - USA may charge a 25% restocking fee for items returned after 30 days of product receipt.
  3. A Replacement product will be shipped to the customer after the defect product has been received. No cash refunds!
  4. Before shipping any return product to AllNet - USA an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) must be obtained from AllNet - USA.
  5. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. Product without RMA numbers will be refused.
  6. Product being returned must be in original packaging.
  7. The customer is responsible for freight on the return of all product back to AllNet - USA.
  8. AllNet - USA will not accept any COD's on RMA product.
  9. AllNet - USA will provide freight on the replacement product of the customer.
  10. Return all product with an RMA number to the AllNet - USA address.
    Submit an RMA request form to receive your RMA number.
    The following is required on all RMA's. Please use our Online RMA FORM.
    A) Invoice/Order number
    B) Product description/serial number
    C) Problem description.
  11. RMA numbers are good for 10 days. RMA's received after this time will be refused.
  12. Free Shipping only within the Continental United States. For all other destinations all prices are FOB Lakeland Florida - Shipping Charges will be added to your order.
  13. Ordered items remain the property of AllNet - USA until paid in full.
  14. Software Licensing and upgrading for other products then AllNet products is the responsibility of the respective buyer.
